Ranveer also compared Sara Arjun to Hollywood actress Dakota Fanning. It doesn’t end there; Ranveer also said about his heroine, “She is born to do films. If you watch her performance, you will feel like she has acted in 50 films before. She is of a very high standard as a person and an artist. She is one of the extraordinary actors I have worked with. I also enjoyed watching her for that.”

Sara played the role of Chota Nandini—a younger version of Aishwarya Rai’s character—in Mani Ratnam’s period film ‘Panniyin Selvan’. Before that, she came into the limelight at the age of just four—in 2011, she played the role of Vikram’s daughter in the Tamil film ‘Deiva Thirumagal’. Later, she received critical acclaim for her performance in ‘Saivam’ (2014).

‘Dhurandhar’ – What is it about?

According to the production company, ‘Dhurandhar’ will tell the story of people whose names are unknown, whose stories are not written in the pages of history. The stories of those hidden heroes will come to the screen – just like what happened in Aditya Dhar’s previous film ‘Uri’.

Written, directed and co-produced by Aditya Dhar, ‘Dhurandhar’ is produced by Geo Studios and B62 Studios. The film stars Ranveer Singh, Sanjay Dutt, Akshaye Khanna, R. Madhavan and Arjun Rampal. They are accompanied by Sara Arjun and Rakesh Bedi. The film will be released on December 5.
